The pan is a little bigger and the springs seem stronger than my mb 550s. Most coyotes still had their foot on the Duke pan. I had one stolen and I use the dukes in places that I'm more likely to have issues with theives. I hate losing my mbs. I just wish they made closed jaw duke 550s. I really like the duke 550 pro series but they aren't dogless, they are a close replica to the MB 550.
